WE instructed the chief of our re porting staff to visit one of the principal Albury churches last Sunday morning, and relatce, for the edilication of our readers, and the Mi?suacavrs and FROUDES Of a future age, exactly what he saw and heard there. To our indignation, lie stoutly refused to obey our commands. Sunday Inorning wias, he declared, a timse of peace and calm, of rest and thanklfulness, whichl, after the mental strain and worry of the week, lie spent within the sacred se clusion of his chamber. For six days of the week, his time was ours, but, except for a matter of necessity, such as his lodgings taking fire, nothing should rouse him to a cognisance of the world's temporal or spiritual cares ol a Sabbath morning.
