CITY BULLETIN. The Coloeed Tnoors—The 22d Begiment U. S. Colored Troops. Colonel Kiddo, received marching orders yesterday. The regiment is to leport to Major-Gei.eral Batler, at Fortress Monroe, atd will probably leave the city on Tuesday next. 1 he recruiting for the colored regiments, under tfce direv tion of the Supervisory.Committee, of which Mr. Robert H. Corsen is the General Agent, has been very snccessful. Since the 7th of December last, 1.800 men have been sent to Camp William Penn, at Chelten Hills. Five fall regiments hr. ve already been lormed here. Eight companies ot theSaih Regiment are now full, and the ninth company has been commenced. Heretofore the colored regiments have 11 umbered only 8UUmen, but the- SL'd Regiment, and all 10 be organized herealter are to contain one thousand men. Memphis, Tenn., Jan. 29.—Corinth was evacuated, as before-announced, on Monday last,everything of value in that section being brought 10 Memphis. The Memphis " and Charleston Railroad, which "was at the same time abandoned east oi Lagrange, will to-night be evacuated irqm Lagrange to ' -Memphis. The entire force that has been holding Corinth and the country between Corinth, and Memphis so long was concentrated at Memphis, and the entire Infantry and artillery have gone, under Major-General Hurlbnt, upoa beats down the river.
