The train stopped here and reported hav ing killed a man, and backed up after the body but did not go far enough. His body was found Tuesday morning by the section crew. Mr. Estes was in this city tlie evening he was killed, and was drinking very freely, and left here for his home about dark. He was a hard working man, and perfectly harmless, but a con firmed drinker when he could ob tain whiskey. It is likely his heirs will bring suit against the Frisco for causing his death.
