The debate on Mr. fcUwtms' motion ii altogether too important to pass by in silence. It oemtninsfmeof themost remarkable exposures of die present system of Government that bat yet occurred. To those reader* who appreciate the -thrilling sensations of ft- ' mystery,' either of romance or of daily life, the ? «' mystenea -of Qineruwmt V would form acceptable ''''''' entertainment; and ire can entire (hem that tlie mystery of the Sea Witch ia one well worthy of ? little patient attention.
