Arsenal, near Pittsburg on Monday, the 10th inst. by an old man and his wife, (the latter about 45 years of age- of dark complexion* and ungainly in. features?) \They were in it very destitute condition, and begging for food. The child is a beautiful- boy of the age of three or four years; of very fair complexion, black eyes, and rather light hair; and, from his language and manners, evidently far more genteelly raised than his nominal parentage can justify.
