IN HIS APPEAL foi the new doimitoiy Di . Hikle evidently has in mind that the money is to come fiom a few pcisons rathci than fiom many He wants it to conic soon , and knows vciy well , if it is to come soon , that it must be in subscriptions of thousands lather than in fifties and hundicds .
