One rule which will apply to both, which the wise farmer will act upon, U to obtain as large a yield as possible from each acre planted. Tho authorities, after having received ('iiiM'leriible minis of iiionoy fur the manure of the town, aio at nitit obligod to pay about twenty dollar a to got rid of the iflore refuse and sweeping of tho ulrecU, not including roud-awucpingn and tuwerngo. It recnia ecarucly crediblo, but it is positive- ly asserted, tliat tho refuse of Bordeaux, is used by tho cultivators of Isle and Dordogne, nt a distance of fifty or nixty miles from Bordeaux, while in the neighborhood of the lart named place not, a ton is employed. The lost contractor, thinking that the pro prietor of the land would be glad to take advantage of the facilities offered by the Bayonne Railway and the rival rouds for procuring manure, hired the ground belong ing to tho station of the Southern Kailway, and there collected a mountaiu of refuse...
