Tuesday last, the day of Governor Hartranft's inauguration, was a wet, dismal day, yet this did .not interfere with the programme, nor prevent any of the organizations expected taking part in the ceremony. It is admitted on all hands that U was the finest demonstration ever witnessed in this city.
