One of the tt-bcrdinate Granges has formally given notice to the Slate and National Grange tbat it will no longer sub mit to their impertinence and dictation, and tating tbat their organization is characterized by an assumption of power whose features are obaoxicui and intolerably offensive. That is tpeaUng straight, and there is pro bability of a good deal of ground for saying it. There is evidently a spirit of rebellion at work against the maneuvering of side walk farmers who have wormed their way into the order, and the end is not likely to be yet.
