PRESIDENT HARRISON'S INAUGU RAL ADDRESS The inaugural address ot President Harrison is published in full in the Albuquervue Democrat of the 5th inst. It is a very able state document, and we regtet that our limited space will not admit of onr reproducing it in these col umns. It is thoroughly protective American and republican in its nature throughout, and to prejudge General Harrison's administration from this ad dress, it vrill be a wise, just, economi-al and successful one.
