A motion was made, through Brurars Goodrich, attorney ior ml on bohulf of the people of I'ricotr, Iwforc Judge French, asking him to dissolve the Tool, Carpenter injunction, which was granted on Saturday the 19th. Judge French has, in this matter, proved himsolf to bo an honest, impartial Judge and has not allowed influence or local prejudices to interfere in rcudering a verdict which must be acknowledge bv every fair minded man in Arizona as just.
