The association WM recently Incorporated and the certificate of incorpo ration was received yester day from the Secretary of State. The names of the following gen tlemen appear on the certificate as Trustees: Dra. Joseph Kurtz, J. H. MoKee, Henry S. Orme, L. Mc- Gnire, W. Lockhart, J. P. Widney and Walter Llodley. A seal waa adopted bearing the motto, "Scien- Ha et Honot," and stating the date of organization, 1871.
