Home League Mission. SEVENTH ANNIVERSARY. In conjunction with the seventh anni versary of the Home League Mission, a lecture was held at the Salvation Army Barracks, Liverpool, last Saturday night. Brig.-General P. Gillan was the fluent lecturer, and her subject, "China, and Her Habits," proved very interesting. The invaluable work carried on in China by the Salvation Army was one of the many good influences needed so much in that country to-day. A musical programme of excellent tal. ent was given by representatives from Granville, Parramatta, Toongabbie ana Lidcombe. Liverpool, Campbelltown, Kent Lynn and Thirroul, besides numerous local residents. A most enjoyable even ing was spent, the dancers enjoying, as usual, the melodious music of the Moon Moth Orchestra, and responding to the efficient M.C. (Mr. E. Knowles) with verve. A very excellent supper was served and was attended to by Mesdames E. Knowles and C. Collins. BOYS' CLUB. The Boys' Club's big novelty dance takes place on Saturday, 19th inst., and is being eagerly anticipated. .
