Wednesday, Junk 20, 1894. o Body Sheedy, brought up under warrant, was charged with the lfticeny as a bailee of a horse the property of Ricbard King. Mr. Evans appeared for accused. The testimony of the prosecutor showed that on April 8 last be was at Dempsey and O'Sbea's butcher's shop and on representations mado by accused to the1 effect that. he had a good agistment paddock, prosecutor gave him a horse to take in. tiavintc him 1'- ia . advance. He had made search for the; horse since but bad not been able to find him in any pad dock, or that accused had a paddock at all. He . had not seen accused since till after his arrest.
