Tolona , March 0 . —Resident in tho extreme west end of town are said to bo experiencing feelings of uneasiness over the presence of a mysterious man , who it I ? claimed has taken up his abode in tho old Bailey grave yard , just , beyond the west corporation line . He is described as a very small man with a weasel face , a long gone-colored beard , and a very heavy growth of lialr of the same hue . His garb appears to bo of quaint style and mado ot dust-color material . The fellow haa been seen on different occasions for two or three weeks , but iit was not until last Monday that bis place of abode was discovered .
