WICHITA FALLS MAY COME THIS WAY There isn't anything to this ru mor that the Wichita Falls Route is to deflect at Supply, which is just west of Woodward, through Ashland and to Dodge, leaving the Forgan line as a spur hung up in the air. This information comes to The Telegram in a perfectly reliable way, and in such tones as to indi cate the absolute facts in the case. As to future plans north of Forgan, there is still the same measure of doubt as formelly with the benefit of the doubt in favoi of the Good Old Town. Garden City and Liberal have a chance in not only the Wichita Falls Route, but in the proposed line from Amarillo north to Gar den. City. They are the best two towns in western. Kansas:" They can continue so if they avail them selves of opportunity. Otherwise, Dodge City will probably secure what of right belongs to Garden City and Liberal.
