Our Omnibus Budget. Lord Palmerston entered the House of Commons ia 1306, nd has held his office, with very slight intermission, since 1807, or fifty-seven years. A man in . Elyria, Ohio, cut his windpipe with a raior. A doctor caught the ends, sewed them up, and the wind pipe now draws beautifully. A French paper says the Empress lately exhibited " a great sobriety in the fullness of her petticoats" moaning the absence of crinoline. The hat that Sherman wore on the march from Atlanta to Savannah is in the possession of a Yankee named Brown, of Salem, Mass. It is said that when the Peace Com missioners came through the lines they were greeted enthusiastically by the sol diers of both armies.
