Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. . PETITIONS. From Jesse Durbin fer grade of sidewalk , on north side of West Tuscarawas street referred to Committee on Streets and Alleys. REPORTS. of allowing John Weckman $100 for grad ing Cleveland avenue. From same Committee against allowing Marshal Oldfield his claim ($18) for serv ing paving notices ; and that city would pay for blanks used. Mr. Isaac Harter, on leave, stated that he was about building a stable on the al - ley in rear of his residence.
