Concerning t!o bloody riot that occurcl in New Orleans during last Friday night ne week ago, the telegraph furnished the following : The origin of the disturbance here was difficult to discover. A number of clubs, both negrouB and Democratic have been parading the atrceto in various parts of the city. A number of negro clubs parsed down St Charles street out to Canal ctreet, veiy noisy and disorderly. The Picayune htati.-s that the nego clubs abubed und in Hulled the white Democratic club marching in tlieir rear, " and that the first hhot tired came from the colored club, tdightly wounding a white man named Richardson. At all events, a general light began on Canal ttreet, between Carondelet and Uaronne street, in which a number of tdiots were fired. The fight continued for three blocks, w hen the negroes fled. Two negroes were killed between llarronne and Dryades Htrccts; on Canal street one was dangerously wounded; one negro boy was crushed to death -under foo...
