The intelligence is received by the steamboat Mint which arrived here last evening after a passage of nine hours from the above place. The streets of Sacramento City are generally drained and passable ; the water being confined to the sloughs intersecting the city, and to tho low grounds of its suburbs. Tho river has fallen nearly five foet since our last advices. At the junction of Yuba and Feather rivers, | the watera have subsided rapidly. The fall during the past week has been nearly twelve feet. There is no longer a destruction of property by the freshet, and the general anxiety has in a great degree ceased.
