Rathbone , formerly director general of posts of Cuba , was continued yesterday in the trial of the charges growing out of the Cuban postomce frauds . Private correspondence between Rathbone and Postmaster General Smith was introduced . Rathbone said he did not take part in any campnign having for its purpose his appointment as civil governor of Cuba .
