Thiity Coun ties have been olllelally heard from and the rest estimated. It U bellved that when the other .hlrty-six counties are heard from officially the majority will be 40,000. Seymour's majority in Kentucky will be from 03,000 to 70,0,10 The Demo cratic majority of Governor Stevens in August was 00,000. The result in Albania is still doubtful.
