The London Spectator offers a suggnstian in regard to the pesti lence now raging to destructively among seat cattle in England, which may be well worth eonaidering by stock-breeders in this country. It ii te the effect that the cattle plague may be one of the con sequences of high farming, which lias ren dered cattle more susceptible to the con tagion of disease. There are two great causes which may predispose the system to disease want and plethora.
