Abbott, of Springer, Colfax county, who rep resented his county in the House of Representatives of the Thirty seventh Legislative Assembly, is a close observer of the develop ment of the Territory. Mr. Ab bott, says the New Mexican, re cently made an extended trip through eastern New Mexico, most of which was by automobile.
