I he borough o Greensburg, Pa., on Monger, subscribed SoO.OC to the Hempfield Railroo, and the citizens sub scribed about $100,000 more. The borough o WestNewton has also subscribed S30.000 Through Tickets from Cincinnati.-- We learr from tha Cincinnati papers, that through ticket} are now issued in that city to Baltimore via Balti more and Ohio Railroad. The fare as established is: To Zanesville, ?5; to Wheeling, $7,50; to Bal timore, 315; to Washington, D. C., $16,30; to Philadelphia, $1G,S0. The Pittobugii Journal of Saturday thinks that Pittsburgh has no right to complain of the subscription by Philadelphia to the Hempfield Railroad, but suggeststhat the Legislature should make it a condition of the law authorising the sub scription, that the right of way through Virginia shall be granted the Pittsburgh and Steubenville Pailroad.
