JAMBEROO CLUB Last Saturday Jamberoo was again victorious in both grades. The Firsts defeated Albion Park bi) 15 to 5 whilst the Reserves had no trouble accounting for Kangaroo Valley by 27 to 3. The Firsts win over Al bion Park was particularly pleasing and they, with Kiama, remain the only undefeated teams. in the com petition so the clash of these two teams at Kiama to-day (Saturday) should prove very exciting. The Reserves also meet an unde feated team in Nowra at Jamberoo and will find this match tougher Sthan their last two, but are neverthe less full of confidence. MlcIntosh said that N.S.W. was 17 years behilid the times in the use of Strain 19 to pre vent contagiouis Abortion. In U.S.A , he said, they had kePt a close check "on 160 herds over a period of 10 years. -For the first 4 years 53 per cent had been affected. After innoculation with Strain 19 at calfhood, the incidence had been re duced to 1.6 per cent which was a big drop considering that the size of the' herds had increased. :
