Cuvl Raymond Gray, senior vice prcsidont of the St. Louis and San Francisco, with headquarters at St. Louis, has resigned to become presi dent of the Hill system steam and electric lines in the far north west, with headcpuirters in Port land, Ore., succeeding John Ste vens.
