On Board the Associated Press Dis­ patch Boat Wanda, off Santiago de Cuba, with the American Fleet, Jnne 2 (via Kiugston, Jamaica, June 4).—Sixteen warships of the Uuited States and 4000 men are in the drifting here under the shadow of Cuba's towering mountaius. In the mountain side is a small opening, a rift that leads away, twisting and ti ing. up to the city of Santiago, fifteen miles from the sea. In this narrow hai !or stream lies the fleet of Admiral Cer­ vera. All day ami all night the eyes of the American sailors are fixed upon the narrow entrance to the harbor, as the warships slowly drift up and down pass it. Perched high on one side of the en­ trance to the harbor is Morro castle, which for two centuries has looked down upon all vessels eutering there.
