1'cunljlvanla Railroad.' This Road, says the Pittsburg American, is making regular' rather than, rapid progress. The rails are laid from this city a9 far as Wil- to Turtle Creek, 12 miles. During tlie present mouth, the rai's will be laid from Lockport to Cli ambers' Mills, about two niiks from the turnpike at Youngstown on which two mih'S a plank road is laying. The whole line from Ilarrisburg will then be open, with the exception of 26 miles from Chambers' Mills to Turtle Creek, to be staged over a good turnpike mJ plank road.
