Dear Sir: 1 have your letter addressed to Mr. \eary of the 4th, and have carefully noted same. Now in answer to your ques- tion, (he Corporation has not be- nun receiving cotton as yet, but is expecting daily to have com- munication from our President, Mr. Geo. Dole Wadley, who is now in Europe to close up the- rmal arrangements for capital to start the ball to rolling. We had expected to hear some- thing more from your county, but did not.
