On motion of Mr. Cooke the rule requiring- reports to lie on the table one dny was siisponded and report taken up; subtituto adopted nnd bill ordered to bo engrossed. On motion of Mr. Moflett the rule requiring bills to be rpad on three several days was suspended by the following vote : Yeas: Messrs. Brashes r Burleson Cooke Campbell Gage Grimes Latimer MofFett Parker Robertson Taylor Truit Van Derlip and Watd--M. Nays : Mr. Hart 1. The bill was then read a third time and passed.
