We wish every man In Kansas could have heard the talk, for we bnliere If thy had they would have found that the regulation of freight rates was not so eauy a matter as some would have us be- lieve. The managers had prese tiled a schedule which they were willing to adopt, and which they say, will in the aggregate reduce the freight money paid in Kansas about ten per cent.
