The Mining and Scientific Press, of San Francisco, in its issue of Jan. 20th, ha? rather an exhaustive review of mining mat ters all along the line, but if the figure given for other States anil Territories are as partial and incomplete as those set down for Arizona, it will tend rather to lend peo ple astray than to inform them on this im portant subject. The paragraph devoted to Arizona is well enough in the main, until it comes to giving figures, when it is Mimethiiig like the play of Hamlet with Hamlet left out. Here is what is said of Arizona.: The main industry of Arizona is mining, and sho lias within her borders lino mines of gold, silver, copper, lead, iron and coal.
