Angling Notes. A meeting of the committee of the Ballan Anglers' Club was held on Tuesday night, Dr Blaabaum (presi dent) being in the chair. From Ballarat Pish Acclimatization Society, recommending brown or Loch Levin trout for restocking purposes, and stating that these would cost 25/ per 100.—It was decided to obtain 500 browu trout, at a cost of £6/5/. From (lie Government Piscatorial Council, Melbourne, stating that the allocation of trout for restocking was generally made in April or May, and that a recommendation would be made for a "consignment of yearling trout for stocking waters in the Bal lan district. Ledgers, cash books, minute books, day books, pen carbon books, order books, pocket books, in fact, every thing in the account book line stocked at the "Times" office.
