FEDERATION. MR. R. SLEATfl, M.P., AT BLAYNEY. Mr.. JtrSleath delivered an address on Federation at the Town Hall on Thursday evening. The attendance when he commen ced his speech was about 100, but when he finished it was about 50. The Mayor presi-' ded. Mr. Sleath opened with the remark that lie is as strong a federationist as any one. Aauuttealy, tnis uiignt have ' went down ' with some of the audience, who will believe anything that comes from tho lips of socialist agitators ; but with all reasonable men it did not ' catch on ' at sill.
