WOLLONGONG POLICE COURT In this Court on Tuesday, John Skerritt, who had but recently com pleted a sentence oi three months for vagrancy, was Bent to the State penitentiary for two mon'tfis, on a similar charge- It was stated that be would not work. ?lames Bede G-allagher. for smoking in the Star Stadium, was fined 10s, costs 6s., or three days. Stray Stock : A. Cavandgh, 5s, 3s costs; W. Fox, ditto. T. McAiadrew, pleaded not guilty to the particular description of cattle charged and the case became involved in technicali ties. — Dismissed. Charles Nicholson, who did not ap pear in answer to a charge of pro fane language 'at Port Kembla, was fined 40s, 6s costs, or 14 days.
