Family Fight: The Democratic County Committee met on Saturday last, and had an unusually animated session. Hiram B. Swarr, Esq., declining a reelection as Chairman, Fred'k S. Pyfer, Esq., was elected in his place, and P. Martin Heitler, Esq., Secretary. Dr. Parker, East Hempfield, offered a resolution declaring Douglas and Johnson the regular nominees of * the National Domocracy, which wag voted down by a vote of 27 to 10, whereupon-Dr. Parker, James II. Barnes, city, and J. fl, Hull, Earl, _flooded from the Committee. A resolution was then adopted by a vote of 31 to 2, endorsing the action of the State Central Committee at Cr&sen, — The Committee also resolvei it to be inexpedient to settle a county ticket this fall—thus leaving the field open to independent candidates, or an independent Union ticket, which it is said will be placed in the field before long.
