The first regiment of tho national guard of Vermont began their five days' encampment at Urattleboro, Tuesday, Gov Peck com. mandiog. About 250 tents wcro pitched on tho old camp-grouud, tho rendezvous or the soldiers during tho war. Ten companies) of infantry, with Fuller ' battery, ioeludiug four ficld-piecos wcro mustered here, two com panics from St Albans, and ono each from Jiurlinston. Urattleboro, Springfield, Brad ford, NorthGeld, llutland, Middlebury and Brandon. On Wednesday tho troops wero reviewed by Gov Peck at 8 p. in., and the Kstey guard gavo a dinner to its honorary members.
