TIIE INDIANAPOLIS JOURNAL, SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 24. 1900. U makes It less offensive to the single Gold standard men than when It raised the Senate. The bill agreed on to-day is tho outcome of the concerted movement of the business men of the country, expressed through the Indianapolis monetary conventions of 1SD7 ant 1533.
