I I m; lift iilfeL DISTRICT COURT The caso of the State ts B. Schwartz for manslaughter, occupied the atten- tion of this Court all day Friday and nearly all of Saturday. Schwartz was charged with killing Mr. Feinburg, one of the firm of H. Meyer & Co., of this city, in December last. The case was given to the jury about noon, on Sat- urday, and about-3 o'clock in the eve- ning the jury returned a verdict of "not guilty."
