Bitten by a Dog. Our Counoil Clerk, Mr. Price, meets with some funny experiences now and again. On Monday he was delivering demand notices for rates (by the order of his Counoil) when, going into a cer tain house, the dog (perhaps divining what Mr. Price's mission was) sneak mgly came up behind him, and — snap ! —drew blood. Mr. Prloe, who has often before suffered through doing his duty, is now all right.
