Operated by the General Extension Services of The Pennsylvania State College, the clinic began its rehabilitation program for men and women from all parts of the state in the Penn State Center on Wednesday, September 28. The clinic program is being developed in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Rehabilitation.
