Saturday and _Sunday Another focus of discussion was the present drinking regulation The regulaition printed in the present handbook is unohanged from last year . In essence , it forbids drinking in dormitory rooms or fraternity houses , and restates the pertinent Pennsylvania laws This is a portion of the Ad Hoc Committee s report that was returned for further study . Injustice Argued Discussion centered around the alleged injustice of not allowing those of age to drink at all , except off-cam-pus Many of the students present thought that the ideal way to handle the problem would be simply to slate that Pennsylvania state law applies to all F and M men , and not to add any qualifying statements about drinking in the dormitories . The nearest town is nearly twenty miles away , so people talk to each other .
