Mr. Morrison's Committee are wrestling with the new Tariff bill, with a fair pros pect of mastering the troublesome customer in the course of human events. On the subject of tobacco in its Tarious forms the Committee hare agreed upon a decided in crease of the duty. ' ) There are- apprehensions of a disastrous overflow of the Mississippi.
