WEEKLY BAZOO. SEDAL1A TUESDAY, MARCH 23. 1880. BEFUBLTCANS. The City Primaries Last Night. A Slaughter of the Innocents. The Republican city ward meeting were held last night in the various ward. The caucuaea in the Third and Fourth wards were numerous!? attended by Rood business men, who evinced a desire to assist in man aging the affairs of the city. FIRST WARD. Milo Blair was elected chairman of the meeting, after which E. J.Smith was unan imously nominated for alderman. DELEGATES. The following gentlemen were elected delegates to the city convention: Win. Beck, J. E. Johnson. Val. Humburg, E. J. Smith, Milo Blair, C. Hye, W. P. Pafl, J. K. Owens, and C. Bledsoe. F. J. Ott was re elected as committeeman for the ensuing year. Adjourned. SECOND WARD.
