Cox wm plaintiff, who, on tne .;viu of September hut, received injuries by the upsotting of one of the Company's coaches that have mad her a cripple for life. The lady claimed 20,000 general and $(500 spe cial damage, which were reduced to 15,000 general and 2S0 special damage, by the Jury. Defendants claimed that the overturn 'top iu an accident which could not be avoided. They also produced a release, signed by plaintiff, releasing, in consideration of S100, all claim against the- Company "from the beginning ot the world, np to mc date of signing of the release." Mr?.
