A "Seymour Express" reporter called on Mrs. Arkcoll recently, who told himi the following strange but true story : " For nearly 30 years," said she, " I Iave Ikeen w?heeled about in a carriage p e r a mbulator by my devoted hus band. In my early mar ried life I con tracted milk foot, an ail mei t caused Iby the milk going to the right foot, where it forms unsightly ulcerations that suppurate and cause great agony.
