About 2.30 a.m. yesterday a fire broke out on premises situated at tho corner of Baptist nnd Baronia streets, Redfern, . resulting in the total des truction of a large factory for the manufacture of boxes and cases, and a dwelling-house, both of which were own'-d and occupied by Mr. Charles Brunner. Portion of tlio factory pre mises was used for the manufacture of cigars, in which some 35 hands wero emploj-ed oy Mr. Arthur Ilirs cham, whose stock — a large one — was totally destroyed.
