Concert Hall was a perfect jam last evening, on the occasion of the presentation of National andState colors, and three guidons, by the ladies of Phila}' delphia to the 91s#Begiment P. V. The officers jand men of the regiment were present with their tattered battle-flags. Mr. George W. Magee was called to the chair. After a prayer? by the Rev. Dr. Meats, a short address was delivered by Prof. Saunders. Hon. James Pollockupon behalf of the donors, presented the colors, in a neat and appropriate speech Col. Gregory, in response, said: Mr. President, ladies, and friends of the 91st Regiment, we accept this suit of colors with grateful hearts. Boys, these are your colors, the colors of your country.
