A man who is making a studied effort to deceive, by making false statements', not unfreqnently lets the truth transpire by mere accident, and Hum clones Ida falsehood. Truth, like murder, will out. Fact cannot always be concealed. The three words, at the head of this para graph, inadvertently written in a long article, which we copied yesterday, frotn the Richmond Examiner, lets out the real belief of the rebel government at Rich mond, o to tho fortunes of the great battle of Shiloh, which they have osten sibly claimed hitherto as a Bplendid victory.
